Mountain Empire Small Animal Hospital No Show Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance so we are able to help another patient in need. Missed appointments will result in a required prepayment of the exam fee when rescheduling. If this appointment is kept, the fee will be applied to the invoice at the time of your appointment. If the appointment is not kept, the fee will be forfeited.
